RETURN & EXCHANGE
Because all of my portraits are specially custom to one's pet, I am unable to offer any kind of refund. If for any good reason you are very unhappy with your portrait, please email me at monica@yourpetcartoon.com with your order number within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. I will work hard to satisfy your needs on these portraits and will work on a revision of your pet portrait if you qualify for a remake. Please do not forget that these portraits take hours and are made with love and care by me.
