RETURN & EXCHANGE
Because all of my portraits are specially custom to one's pet, I am unable to offer any kind of refund. If for any good reason you are very unhappy with your portrait, please email me at monica@yourpetcartoon.com with your order number within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. I will work hard to satisfy your needs on these portraits and will work on a revision of your pet portrait if you qualify for a remake. Please do not forget that these portraits are made with love and care by me.

Please note that clothes, collars, or any other item on pet will be drawn. Collars may sometimes be removed, if you do wish to remove collar please note that in an email with the color sample and photo of your pet(s).
